Psychotherapy receipts for insurance purposes are available upon request. Jason Phelps is a licensed Psychotherapist with the Quebec order of psychologists (OPQ) and Soical Worker with the Quebec order of social workers and marriage and family counsellors (OTSTCFQ). Prospective clients should check with their insurance provider directly for details on coverage.
